Consulting for CoreHR to help redefine the design direction for their extensive 200+ product suite, split between Sencha and legacy Oracle systems. I collaborated with developers and the Head of Product to audit the existing experience and establish a modern, cohesive UX/UI vision.

Rather than attempting to redesign the entire suite, I delivered high-impact benchmark design concepts and a scalable visual framework, providing CoreHR with a clear design system and strategy they could roll out across their products for years to come.
