Brought in by CPO, David Larpent as the sole designer to deliver Lavanda’s mobile platform for gig economy workers. Responsible for ownership of the full design process — UX research, process & flow mapping, and high-fidelity UI — while collaborating closely Lavanda's development team.

The app streamlined how cleaners, drivers, and other workers managed shifts, logged work, and accessed schedules. Designed onboarding experiences, functional flows, and data capture interfaces optimised for speed and clarity, reducing friction for users with limited time on the go. The result was a cleaner, more intuitive app that improved task completion rates, cut onboarding time, and made scheduling changes seamless.
